Nope, sorry. You can only load sims 2 expansion pack onto the sims 2 game and you can only load sims expansion pack on the sims game.
Sims Complete Collection will not stop asking me to update making magic expansion pack?

On The Sims 2, I need to leave all of the furniture on a residential lot but take all of the Sims living in it out of it.

Sims3, I type in a cheat (help) with all cheats, I typed in "llamaplease" (or whatever), and there was no llamas, are those cheats fake?
