Help answer this question below.

Insurance question: I backed into a pole (crappy day), how does one typically go about submitting such a claim for insurance? Do you pay them your deductable and then they pay the shop? Is it usually worth getting them involved, or cheaper for you to pay?

Bummer. I find it easier and quicker to pay, however some panel beaters here will only do insurance jobs.
