You're reading I have an imperfect skin in my face but i want to be a flight attendant...i have a birthmark on my right cheek and have a chicken pox scar in my forehead..do i still have a chance of becoming a flight attendant?
Comments
Personally have you seen the flight attendants lately? I flew for many years when they were the "Good Years." Airlines could be selective in who they hired and now so many that are still w/ the airlines are there simply for the benefits. Girls I used to know have let themselves go and the way the airlines treat their employees, they really don't want to give any more than they should for service because it doesn't matter. If you wanted to get a job w/ the airlines, it may be more difficult w/ cutbacks/furloughs and likely to get someone who might have flown already. If you have a dynamic personality, then they may choose you over someone more "seasoned." I would try to get on w/ the airline in a different capacity and then you are in a position to get a flight attendant position. It isn't all glamour but it beats waitressing and depending on the airline, you can have some pretty awesome layover hotels/destinations. Speak another language? Go for the BEST, most financially stable.
