I'm not *actually* anonymous... You'll be disappointed if you expect to find anything interesting in my other questions though... As you pointed out, the lack of/delayed response pretty much makes the point. I think there was only one other AB related question I realized pretty quickly that we're all on our own out in the cold. (boohoo)
