    Good on them if they can afford it and they come out of it looking better than before. It's the silly buggers who go on-and on-and on- trying to turn themselves into a completely different person who have got it all wrong! I would have a facelift (once!) and liposuction if I could afford it. Which I can't so it's the lived-in face and baggy body for me I'm afraid.
