Well it depends if you are breastfeeding or not. If you are you shouldnt really go on a diet, just eat healthy and dont snack on chips, sugary food and fast food. It will drop of fast, because breastfeeding helps with loosing the weight.
If you are not than, try and eat less carbohydrates, sugary and fatty foods. Drink alot of fruit juices and water and avoid, high calorie drinks and soda's. Just also gotta start exercising a bit to get the stomach back to normal, but you gotta get permission normally from your doctor, it depends on how you delivered ect.
Try not to eat too late, atleast dont eat 3 hours before you go to bed. Eat slow, cos it takes 20 min for your brain to realise your full. So if you eat fast, its too late!!
But you need energy for your baby too, so definately dont go on a too extreme diet!! The baby is more important now and you have to enjoy it, not think too much of the diet. Good luck.
