Tylenol has as its main ingredient is acetaminophen or paracetemol as it is known in Australia. It is relatively safe in recommended doses over a short period of time which is why you can buy it over the counter.
Overdoses of acetaminophen are serious and can be fatal from liver toxicity. If you are a heavy drinker the danger is worse. Early signs are nausea, vomiting and general malaise.
I would see a doctor for treatment for insomnia and to stop your consumption of painkillers. They are only for shortterm use.

You're reading I have Insomnia Very Bad so I take Tylenol Pm, Advil Pm, Or pain relief pm I finish about 50 pills a week I know it can do some harm but can anybody tell me if it can do worse damage and how will it affect me?
