What is your opinion on antidepressants, do they help people or are the over prescribed?

    I think they help to take the edge off your depression while you can work on getting better with councilling, reading books and improving your lifestyle etc. I dont think they will make you better on their own they are only a bandaid. Alcohol is a killer for me, if I drink I go way back down. It is a depressent so avoid it.
