Is it possible, through cosmetic surgery, to make facial features more symmetrical?

    Definitely! Surgeons can both move around features and change their shape. Of course, how symmetrical they become will depend on the type of feature, how asymmetrical they are and in what ways, and how good your surgeon is.

    In some cases, it might be necessary to break bone, but that is certainly possible. It depends how far you want to go. It might not be worth the pain and cost.

    • do you have anything to back that up with? it's a mite vague. it would seem major bones'd have to be broken to fix eyes.
