    When watching a programme about electricity they showed an experiment performed by Eddison in which he wired up a full grown elephant and electrocuted it to death!!! There was no disclaimer beforehand to let me know what a disgusting prolonged and barbaric torture of an innocent animal I was about to witness. I was devestated and the images stay with me to this day. I already knew that Eddison was a thief who didn't infact invent most of the things credited to him, and thought my opinion of him couldn't sink much lower! How wrong I was.

    • Edison was a thief, and a lowlife , because he stole some very significant patents from Nikola Tesla. He was trying to prove that alternating current was dangerous by killing innocent animals on fairs. Tesla retaliated by connecting himself in a circuit of alternating current.
