    ok.
    basicly,
its a generic form of vicodine.
    the acetaminophen 500 mg part,
is what makes the hydrocondone really work.
it is also sold as a street drug.
    the more acetaminophen,
    the "higher" you get
and for most people in pain,
the more it will help them.
    its a pain killer basicly.
but if never have taken it before,
try only taking half when you first do it.
and i suggest food in your stomach before
    or after.
im studying to become an Rn

    • You are an idiot. You're all wrong. Don't be giving advise to people, you might hurt them. First of all, more acetaminophen (Tylenol) doesn't get you highr it aids in activating the hydrocodone and slightly inhances it, the more tylenol in a combination drug doesn't mean you'll get higher. Acetaminophen can cause liver damage if taken in excess. Research your info first! BTW: you spelled Vicodin wrong! SPN
