i have heard from my grandpa who had to take a test that if you wiggle your toes during the test it focuses the mind and keeps your pulse normal. also before the test imagine scenarios in which you could be caught lieing but change them in the imagine to how you want yourself to be portrayed, when asked a question in the test recall the imagination instead of reality.

    • also when they ask a control question like "are the lights on in this room" purposely breather faster and flex your muscles quickly, so it jumps the charts.

    • your grandpa lied to you. wiggling your toe has nothing to do with your heart rate and flexing your muscles will not raise your heart rate.
