Help answer this question below.

My Doctor just told me my vitamin B12 is low and my Triglycerides are high..what foods should i eat to get the b12 up and what should I not eat to get the Triglycerides down?

    All vegetables except carrots, beets, sweet peas and potatoes, oh and stay away from corn. All those have way too many carbohydrates. I personally like broccoli. To lower your triglycerides, eat less carbs and exercise more.

    You will be amazed at how quickly and how much your levels will fall.

    • add whole grains too, and that will help your blood sugar and triglycerides.
