I am also a felon and have served state and federal prison time, for drug trafficking, conspiracy and weapons charges. Upon my release from prison, I got involved in a program called Vocational Rehabilitation. It's a combination of counseling, career managment and other different government programs. Every state has their own program to help recently released individuals who are serious about changing their lives. I now work full time as a car salesman at a very big dealership in Myrtle Beach, S.C. All I can say is if you want something bad enough, you can achieve it, no matter what your situation is. Go out and get the job done and don't look for any hand outs. This is America and the sky is the limit.
