    I love playing chess. I stopped playing for about 10 years becuase due to work commitments and not being able to find someone of a similar level.

    Now I play in the internet all the time. The flexibility is great -being able to choose how long you want to play for etc. So I cna play people of a similar level to myself. You can find everyone from total beginners to grand masters.

    My favourite is playchess.com. You can play free as aguest but if you want to get a rating etc -need to pay. Yahoo is very good too and its completely free.

    I am back playing for a club - as work commitments are not so bad. Chess on the internet is good, but it is much better when you can see your opponent squirming. Unfortunately its normally me squirming but never mind.
