Are there any not poisonous, drinkable liquids which do not contain water in some form?

    Everything, with or without water, is poisonous if you get too much of it.

    In small enough amounts, no substance is poisonous.

    Of course, the safety toxic dose of say, plutonium, is significantly less than that of milk.
