If you had a child support court date and the father doesn't show up will the court automatically take the child support out of his check?need answers please

    They will not take it out of his checks, unless you prove, that he is unwilling to pay. if you live in the USA, You should, go to family services, a file a case, and they will handle getting your child support for you.

    • I had the same issue. He didn't show, and the paperwork he was sent stated clearly that if he fails to show or provide DNA for testing, then he becomes the imputed father...meaning, he didn't prove otherwise, so the court assumes he is, because they gave him a chance to prove he isn't and he failed to show. After that, they can and will issue child support. My ex never showed up for one court date, and child support was still issued, but there were never any warrants.
