I dont see how a man/woman with a weapon can call shooting little fluffy animals a sport.
Sport is or should be competition between two willing and equally matched paticipants.
If the so called 'hunters' want sport then they should go into a forest each with a gun and shoot at each other. Thats a sport which I'd support.
Can a convicted felon own a crossbow for hunting?

I think that is flat out stupid. PPL do go againist each other. Like in fish, they see who can get the biggest fish or who can catch the most. SPORT: An activity involving physical exertion and skill that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often undertaken competitively

Okay if you eat meat, Why is it good for a farmer to raise an animal so when it goes up it can be shoted in the head, farm animals dont even have a chance to run. SO next time youi eat beef,pork or chicken think of why it was raised in thes first place while you over there thinking hunting is bad

Hunters eat the food they get and they enjoy it. They work for their food. While ppl like you eat beef, pork, and chicken that was raised to be shot in the head for a cheap thrill from the farmer, then he sells it after

Perdita I have known many farmers and as far as I know not one of them got a "cheap thrill" out of killing the animals, it was just a necessary part of their job. There is a difference between killing an animal out of necessity and killing for pleasure. I eat meat and while I don't hunt if I was in a situation where I had to in order to survive I would do so, but I would derive no pleasure from the act.

Well I guess yall cant see the fun of it. But it is a sport and farmers dont have to become farmers they can be something else or go back to school. But Gonzo if your only why to fight for something is to insult ppl then you know you lost the fight but for this Im done cause you cant change ppl and i cant change ppl. But for the hunters I know they eat their meat, so dont think ALL hunters are heartless

No im not, but if you've read what ive written what im saying has nothing to do with eating meat. All animals eat other animals (or most) what I have a problem is is idiots with guns hunting things in the name of sport. That's what's wrong with it.

so if you were out in the wild dieing and you killed an animal you for food you would get a thrill cuz then you got food im a hunter and i eat my food and iv been traped out in the wild and had to survive on my own kills and i was happy when i killed it cuz i got food to keep me alive and british are a bunch of dumb asses
