Time is actually just light, and light bends with space, hence the term "spacetime". Thus, anything that bends space will "bend" time. The best example is a black hole. Because it has such a high mass, it produces a lot of gravity. Gravity is the bending of space. For a black hole, its gravity is so great that even light can not escape. Thus, inside a black hole, light does not exist. Hence, time does not exist either.

    • "Time is actually just light" ....I'd love to see someone prove that.
