All thoughts are stored as energy...or memory in the brain, so every thought you have ever had consciously or otherwise is in there somewhere. There are many causes as to why memories seem to be lost or impossible to retrieve, in my case it is neurotoxins. My synapses do not fire on all cylinders these days so trying to remember anything past this morning is difficult.
