What do you think of vegetarians/vegans?

    I want to be one. I've been thinking about it for awhile now. Just not quite sure how to make the switch and not go some type of 'meat withdrawal'.
    I've felt even stronger about it since the report that was on the national news about some guy who was abusing cows at a farm where they were raised for food.
    it was horrible. beating them, starving them. I hope he gets a stiff punishment.

    • i've been a vegetarian for 15 years, starting at age six, so it's a bit hard for me to remember what the withdrawls were like. but they do exist. don't doubt that for a moment. its best to start out by getting rid of the fish and seafood first, then light meats like poutry, red meat last. it will hit you the hardest. good luck! it's for a good cause!
