I would stop it every time I got tired, and wanted to sleep. I would keep it stopped for as long as it took for me to sleep and feel rested. Once I was awake, and back doing what I needed to be doing, I'd start it up again.

If I did this, I'd truly have 24 useable hours in every day... I wouldn't have to spend any of them sleeping!

(Of course - I'd probably still sleep "on the clock" at night - so I could sleep with my SO, and not be sitting there alone all night... how lonely and boring would that be!?... maybe I'd have to get a second job?)
