If a government or group is abusing or killing helpless people for religious, racial, or other reasons, who's job is it to step in and stop the atrocities?

    In my opinion, its everyone's job. We are all human here on this planet. We all have the same basic needs, breath the same air, put our pants on the same way... We should all be looking out for each others best interest.

    But then again I am dreaming aren't I? lol...
