Help answer this question below.

I want to get a tatoo, maybe between my shoulder blades. what information do i need before i go looking around for a tatooist?

    • pigments today are made with a vegetable base, only the old ones were made with iron oxide.[that's why someone that was in the navy for example,from years ago, tattoo is blueish where it once was black also watch out for the glow in the dark pigments they are carsnigetic the medical reserch info on this is startling
