    Throw it in the garbage, It was never meant for you and it is not your business to knwo why someone was taking it in the first place. Best practice.

    • Thats not a very helpful answer. What if it is being asked by a parent who has found pills in a child's coat pocket? Then it is absolutely their business to know why. So.... not best practice eh?

      It appears to be a generic Claratin as stated above.
