Exacly what is Nihilism and how is it a philosophy?

    Nihilism basically asserts that there is no objective purpose or truth that can ever be discovered or learned. It denies any basis for morals or spirituality, as these are just human creations designed to make us comfortable and ease our minds about being alone within our own minds and bodies, forever separate from others.

    • Well, it's a little more complicated than that. I certainly don't think it's healthy, but it is based in rationalism.
