You reap what you sow. You laid with a married man, before he was seperated from his wife. Then thought that you can live with him, have him be father to YOUR children and he would remain faithful to you. And out of all the ironic things, he went right back to where he started (and she foolishly took him back). You are owed nothing.

And what makes you think is wife owes you anything? YOU slept with HER husband.

    • It's called responsibility and committment...That is, if a person makes a decision to have multiple spouses, then he or she should bear the responsibility of their choices not just think they can engage in relationships with multiple spouses(a.k.a. partners) whenever it suits them and then end it when it suits them. Thus there may be consequences to their multiple spouse arrangement.
In the scenario whereby the mistress sues the husband and receives a payout and then the wife divorces the husband and also claims her payout, what is then left for the 'husband'? So, he now not only potentially stands to lose financially from a divorce settlement re his wife but also from any affairs he engaged in whilst married, if they qualify re the defacto criteria. Thus, one better think carefully before having a affair. I don't mean to sound "mean" but geez, it's about time men (and women) had to take responsibility for their actions.
