What is the protocol, in a military dining facility, for calling "At-Ease" or "attention" when a high ranking officer enters?

    Only Attention is used when any officer enters a room! You must stand at attention until you are ordered to do otherwise! When an NCO enters a room you are to announce him or her by calling Stand at Ease! You must remain at ease until either the NCO or another officer orders you to do otherwise!

    • Yeah maybe in the Navy, different protocols apply in the Army in the field, As a prior Navy Vet/Current Soldier it took a little confusion to get it right.(not to mention some Butt Chewins) Lol
