Help answer this question below.

Why are people so offended by "bad language" (or "profanity")? I have no problem with anyone describing something as "f"ing awesome, for example (abbreviated here, I wouldn't in real life :P). Do you? Why or why not?

    Because they really make no sense, and it shows you have a very limited vocabulary. If you were smart, you would choose better words to use so you at least look somewhat intelligent and not so much like an idiot.
