Lights flicker on and off sometimes, when I pass by, or even under street lights, what does that mean? Does that have a meaning. Some years it happens more than other times. Scary, and weird.Has anyone ever heard of this? What does it mean?

there is a book called out of body by dr more. you can get it at the libery. and YES you can control it. once you are out of body you can go almost any were you want , even out of this planet and sit above it. When you are out of body you become a part of everything. Your body and your soul or you spirt has whit is called a silver cord that keeps your spirt and your body together like a anbilica cord of a mother and an unborn baby. may the angel of knowage guade you and protecet you on your jounery
