Can you sue someone for opening your mail? After getting a verbal confirmation from the person, saying he/she had opened your mail.

    yes you can....it is illegal to open someone else's mail without their consent.

    • looks like im taking a fat nosey bitch to court huh lol... i googled this site came up, and im not the only person she does this to. cuz people live in her house she thinks its ok to open their mail. and freak out on them when they say somthing about it and kick them out. i had privet things in there about my daughter and she opened them, read them and told EVERYONE my personal busines

    • wow, are you kidding? do you have proof/witnesses? if you can get enough hard evidence against her, you can take her down hard. do it!!, seriously, nobody has the right to do that, i dont care what kind of authority she claims to have, she has no right! take her to the cleaners, and tell me how it goes afterwards. id love to hear a good story about someone getting what they deserve. its so rare these days..
