Help answer this question below.

I want to lose weight...but i am not fat. Please dont have a go at me but Im 5ft 6 and weigh 7.10....but im 14... Please help/

    You're a healthy weight for your height, but if you still want to lose weight, do it healthily and don't go crazy. Eat five small meals a day, never starve yourself. Eat fruits, veggies, chicken, brown rice, yoghurt. Drink semi-skimmed milk. Drink lots of water and give up soft drinks. Most importantly, do moderate exercise everyday (jogging is good). That way you'll still be healthy but feel less bloated and leaner and you'll feel energetic.

    • Good answer! Cutting out soft drinks makes a big difference, as a lot of people never really drink plain water.
