If someone purchases handcuffs, a taser, night vision goggles and a handgun from a Walmart, do you think the store has a responsibility to let the authorities know?

    A taser and handgun would put me in the middle of 911 before they got a receit.

    • Thanks, that's what I thought. I was just watching a dateline special about this guy who had kidnapped a girl and had purchased that stuff all at once. *shakes head*

    • And why should purchasing implements that can be used for self defense as well as assault, place a person under suspicion? I do believe in background checks, scan the driver's license and if it comes back with a red flag they can't buy it, but innocent until proven guilty.
