Magnesium (in an acidic context). This often taken with Vitamin B1 along with healthy nutrition has the most stable and highest success rate.

And there are other things one can do to improve conditions.

But magnesium has the highest success of any single drug. It just can't be patented. And yes, it is also a mineral supplement. And yes, it is nutritionally sound. And yes, it is good for the body.

    • For someone who claims not to care about ratings, he sure fusses and whines and howls when he is rated down.  Odd, isn't it?

    • At <1000 mg/day. Excess magnesium can cause kidney failure.
