criminal charges ,like Dui's are not FELONIES , misdeameanors,until you assume a certain amount of them, and each state differs...people with felonies cannot even vote,carry firearms,etc....
i am sure a person with FELONIES could not become president's...as this is why a lot of employers require a criminal history....felony offenses are not very desireable....
what other charges has he been CHARGED with....? or even arrested for? proof please...
