HELP! me and my girlfriend drank a lot yesterday (about 4 bottles of wine), celebrating getting paid was really nice, but me and my girlfriend are not only extremely hungover, but very ill (flu like). Hangover + illness = very ill! need advice quick!

drink lots of fluid because a hangover or headache is caused by dehydration of the brain. Eat a nice big fry up aswell, warm honey and milk worked for me.
