When you are sad do you find it hard to share your sadness, if yes why?

Yes, because I dont feel like I have anyone close enough and that I trust enough to be that open with. I always feel like it is a sign of weakness (even though I know its not) to show my sadness. And I refuse to let just anyone see me at a weak moment!!
