How long does it take to get prescription painkillers/muscle relaxers like Zydone, Hydrocodone, and Flexril out of your system for a urinalysis?

    It all depends on what and how much you took, your metabolism, how active you are, your overall health, etc. A quick, non-helpful answer is anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks. If you took 5 mgs, one time, 13 days ago, there's probably no detectable amount still in your system. If you ate the last of a 15 capsule, 20-mgs-each refill yesterday…well, you get the idea.
