I'm being treated for depression with meds and therapy i feel better now but my wife can't even talk to me without getting mad cause of the hurt i cause. should i stay at home and try to work it out or would it be fair to her for me to leave.

I also have hurt a lot of people because of the things that I have done while I was majorly depressed. I understand where you are coming from. Though I do not know the exact issues that you're going through...I agree that you both need to go to therapy together. She needs to understand that depression is a desease just like any other...and though the things that you did really hurt her...it wasn't really you. It was the depression that hurt her. I'm sure you feel like everything from back then was just a blurr...I know I do and I don't understand why I did half the things that I have done. But anyway...just stay strong...on your meds and therapy and just be there...and show her how different you are now that things aren't controlled by your depression. Best of luck!!

thanks alot i'm trying but it is getting harder and harder each day just to sit here with no sign of anything changing for her side. and yeah i feel the exact same way but can't explain it clearly to anyone i know about everything being a type of blurr
