You're reading I lent my girl friend(now ex)quite a large sum of money when we were together last year.This was to pay back her previous boyfriend some money ,that sh had loaned from him.How do i get the money back i lent her?

thanks.i have my bank statement showing the transaction,date etc but was told small claims only deal upto $4000.the sum in question is more.
