War
Some say its hell.
Many a man has it felled.
The screaming and the pain.
The support and the distain.
It brings death and no quarter.
All is done to maintain order.
Guns flash and tanks boom.
They are prophets of doom.
Countries fall and others rise.
As their government dies.
Some are for money, others rights.
But for all, victory is a bitter-sweet sight.
Though they've won and the battle is no more.
Some pay the highest price and now only live in folklore.

You're reading I found this poem on the internet and I think it's pretty good for a teen to have written it.What do you think of it?I'll post it under the question,by the way, it's a little depressing.
Comments
It's nice, although the rhyme scheme seems a bit forced. like they were trying desperately to make it rhyme, and they put that above word choice and other stylistic aspects of the poem.
