The L3 and the R3 buttons do not work at all on my controller. I also have purchased a new controller, and it is still the same problem. What is wrong with it, and can I fix it in any way?

  When i start my ps2 for guitar hero the guitar works to open the browser and everything. the disc is readable. but once it goes to that screen the up down button on the guitar doesnt work to select the disc. and x wont work either just B any suggestions?
