Had one night stand a year ago and now im so paranoid that my husband will find out from someone,even though very few people no. what can i do im getting really deppressed

Well I suppose at least it was only once! Your guilt is the pay-off for your indiscretion. If your marriage is basically OK, I would keep very quiet about it. Surely nobody else knows for certain except you and the man involved.
