Wow, I did sound pretty vitriolic, didn't I? I must have been in a bad mood, I apologize for my rude tone!

But I do disagree with the sentiment. Certainly there are some ugly behaviours and characteristics; but there ARE ugly faces and bodies, too. Physical ugliness might not signify anything more than genetics, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. And, while I don't believe this is a good thing, physical ugliness can affect a person's life because it can affect how other people treat them. Beauty/ugliness may be subjective, and maybe it should be irrelevant, but practically speaking it does exist: why pretend otherwise?
