    FineBalance .

The best is to buy electrolyte from a pharmacy. If the pharmacy is not near by add some common salt to lemonade or any carbonated drink (coke, seven-up), and give one spoon every 15 minutes. Do not give in bulk as he may not be able to absorb. Once he is been able to hold the sugar and salt drink about three to four hrs, try giving him cracker, spoon of yougurt with bolied rice.

    • Anybody who rated this answer down has no clue how to manage vomitting. This advise was given to me when I raised two kids and my son had very very sensitive stomach and was admitted many times because of dehydration. One most check the validity of answer before rating it down. Sugar and salt in carbonated drink is as good as electrolyte.
