I cannot say for sure, but the yellow-ish "thing" may be pus, caused by an infection.
I am not very acquainted with piercings, but something similar happened to me when I had my earrings holes made. And yes, if this is your case as well, you should go and have a treatment, especially as it is about your tongue.
Does getting your tongue pierced hurt?

I Have my tongue pierced and i have one problem

You're reading I just got my tongue pierced 2 days ago, and yesterday I noticed a little white-ish yellow-ish stuff coming out of the piercing spot...Should I be concerned?
