    yes!!!
    mix one egg yolk, 1/2tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dry mustard and a pinch of cayenne pepper in a bowl...
    add 1TB of malt vinegar or lemon juice.
    very gradually add 1c canola oil, beating constantly with a whisk or beater. as mixture begins to combine add remaining oil in a fine stream while beating.. if mixture is too thick, add more vinegar...
    makes about one cup :) hope you like it

    • I have just heard that olive oil is the healthiest oil. I will try it and report back. There is a very light olive oil available.

    • Half canola and half extra light olive oil works just fine! (smile). Add an extra dash of vinegar. The taste is great.
