I wanted to get a "tie dye" color tattoo, but my artist told me it wouldn't come out looking that great. Is there a color scheme that would be similar to "tie dye" that would look good on my skin?

ok so i uploaded a pic of my tattoo outline so you guys can understand what i mean by my color scheme and i can help you to help me.

what i want is random colors like tie-dye, or the sort of rainbow idea (thank you lizzie) but i want there to be a color trail that follows the bullet trail as if the bullet were being shot through a liquid, and the color was a liquid. I also want to have the color spurt out like blood where the bullet bursts out of the E, and have color dripping off the bullet as if it were blood as well.
