Me and this girl broke up. I talked to her recently and i guess she thought we were still going out cause she told me that we shouldn't be together anymore. We broke up a week before. I like her, but she deserves to feel stupid. What's a good response?

Did you break up with her over MSN or something? If you did, it could have been someone else using her account.
