You're reading I have very little ears and often have trouble keeping earphones in. I have the sort of ear plug kind, but I've also tried earbuds. Neither of these stay in my ears. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what kind of earphones might work for me?

- So you said precisely the same as if you HADN'T POSTED ANYTHING AT ALL! ('I can't help').
Also, because you were so non-specific about 'the item' and because you used 'we' instead of 'you' (is this a joint quest?) ... I have to assume you are in fact a bot.
